ENROLLMENT
The application process for Saint Annie starts approximately a year in advance.
Please find below important dates, timelines and procedures.
Application Timing
PRESCHOOL: Our Preschool accepts applications for enrollment throughout the year.
But, applications will only be considered for those children who are 1 year or older and can walk on their own by September of the year that they plan to enter Preschool.
KINDERGARTEN: The child must be 3 years old by August 31, and fully toilet trained.
Applications for the 2018-2019 school year can be submitted starting February 2018.
The application deadline is February 23, 2018 to be considered for enrollment in April.
The application deadline is June 25, 2018 to be considered for enrollment in August.
Required Supporting Documents: In addition to the application form, the following documents are required to be submitted.
Report Cards from the past 2 full school years (if an applicant attended an English preschool)
Confidential Student Reference Form sent directly from the applicant's most recent
teacher (Please download the reference form below.)
Applicant's copy of birth certificate or passport
A family photo (snap shot is acceptable)
Student Physical Examination Form
Registration fee of ￥200,000 (Tax is to be added)
